We're quick to draw lines around people. But life isn't a snapshot. It's a moving, changing film.

The person who seems carefree might be carrying a heavy weight. The quiet one might have a storm of thoughts inside. The one who appears strong could be hiding a fragile heart.

It's humbling, realizing how little we truly know. We're all carrying stories, burdens, and dreams that are hidden from view. We're all wearing masks, some heavier than others.

And maybe the kindest thing we can do is to simply look, listen, and accept that beneath the surface, we are all just trying to be seen, and understood.

And if we choose to see beyond the surface, we might just discover that the greatest truth is, we are all more alike than we ever imagined.

Sometimes, we search for closure in situations that leave us feeling lost or unresolved, but the truth is, the only closure we truly need is the peace that comes from having a good heart. Holding onto kindness and compassion, even when others may not understand or appreciate it, gives us the strength to move forward. We don’t always get the answers or apologies we expect, but staying true to ourselves, acting with integrity, and choosing love over bitterness is the ultimate form of closure. It’s a reminder that we are in control of our own peace, and that’s something no one can take away from us.

Having a good heart doesn’t mean ignoring the hurt or pretending everything is fine—it means choosing to heal through empathy and self-love. It’s knowing that, despite what may have happened, we still have the power to show up in this world with grace and kindness. Sometimes, the real closure comes from letting go of the need for validation and instead, finding contentment in simply doing the right thing. When you carry a good heart, you carry everything you need to move forward, no matter how unclear the past may seem.

Most of physical reality is invisible to us, according to science.

95% of the cosmos may be forever beyond our ability to sense or detect it.

Our eyes detect light within a narrow range of 380-770 nanometers, while our ears register sound between 20 Hz and 20 kHz.

Beyond these limits, ultraviolet and infrared light remain invisible, and ultrasonic or infrasonic sounds go unheard. Yet, these unseen and unheard frequencies exist all around us, influencing nature and our bodies in ways we may not realize.

From radio waves to deep-sea whale calls, countless signals move through the air and environment, unnoticed by human senses. Modern technology, like infrared cameras and ultrasonic sensors, helps bridge this sensory gap, revealing an unseen world filled with vital information. Still, what else might we be missing?

For example, neutrinos are abundant subatomic particles that pass through almost everything — including our bodies — and only very rarely interact with matter.

And we haven't even started to talk about things like dark matter and dark energy.

Who you are is too vast to be defined by your attitude or categorized by the opinions of others.
How others see you isn’t as important as how you see yourself.
