Indian Penal Code (IPC)

Section 2 of the State Emblem of India (Prohibition of Improper Use) Act, 2005: Restricts the use of the State Emblem of India (Lion Capital of Ashoka) for commercial or unauthorized purposes.

Section 3: Only government-authorized bodies can use the State Emblem officially. Unauthorized use in private or religious places may invite penalties.

IPC Section 295–298: Protects religious sentiments; if installation of an emblem is perceived as hurting religious feelings, it may attract legal action.

بیوی صرف ایک ساتھی نہیں بلکہ محبت اعتماد اور وفا کی عکاسی ہے۔ وہ وہی ہے جو آپ کے ساتھ خواب دیکھتی ہے، آپ کے ساتھ ہنستی ہے، اور اُس وقت آپ کا ساتھ دیتی ہے جب دنیا آپ کا ساتھ چھوڑ دیتی ہے۔

اُسے تکلیف دینا انسانیت کی روح کو ختم کرنے کے برابر ہے۔

مردانگی کا مطلب طاقت یا غلبہ نہیں، بلکہ مہربانی حفاظت اور ہمدردی ہے۔ حقیقی طاقت دوسروں کو سہارا دینے میں ہے، نہ کہ انہیں توڑنے میں۔ شوہر کا بوسہ محبت کا اظہار ہونا چاہیے نہ کہ کسی خوف یا درد کا سایہ۔

اگر آپ کے پاس کوئی ہے جو آپ سے بے لوث محبت کرتا ہے، تو اُس کی عزت کریں، اُس کی قدر کریں اور اُسے اپنے برابر سمجھیں۔ دنیا کو مزید درد کی ضرورت نہیں؛ دنیا کو مزید محبت کی ضرورت ہے۔

آئیے اپنے اعمال پر غور کریں اور رشتوں میں اپنے کردار کو سمجھیں۔ آئیے ایسے انسان بننے کا عہد کریں جو محبت سمجھداری اور امن کا مظہر ہوں۔

Scarcity of water in (kehribal), people suffer, nobody cares?
Several adjoining areas in Kehribal are facing severe drinking water shortage from last few days.
Because of the shortage of drinking water the residents are facing lot of problems. The concerned authorities must immediately resolve the problem and take necessary steps in this direction. The residents in affected areas must get adequate supply of water through taps.
The water should be provided in tankers till the problem remains unresolved.
If there is problem in water supplying pipes those should be immediately repaired. If there are other technical issues, those must be taken care of.

They are very thankful to BDO Bijbehara for arrangement of wastage cleaning labour's but still the drainage system which is under R&B department is not working properly and also the drainage system is blocked!
Now they are appealing to R&B officer to clear the blockage of drains!

Trami actually refers to the copperware plate that the main part of the wazwan meal is usually served in.

The traditional Wazwan Trami comprises rice served with five essential dishes — seekh kebab, methi maaz, tabakh maaz, waza kokur and dhen, followed by the rest of the elaborate wazwan. But with the modern-day mini trami, they serve smaller portions and the rista as well as the goshtaba (traditionally served last) are all presented together.
