Mr. Waqar Ahmad Bhat, son of Late Gh. Qadir Bhat and a resident of Gund Bragam, has brought immense pride to his family and the entire village by securing selection as a Constable in the Jammu & Kashmir Police, Home Department.

Having lost his father at a young age, Waqar grew up facing many hardships, raised single-handedly by his devoted mother. Through her unwavering sacrifices and his own dedication, he has now turned challenges into triumph, making his mother and community truly proud.
