This isn’t the message we wanted to write; we know it’s not the one you wanted to read.

Karacus Marakus X was meant to be an unforgettable experience, and we fought for it until the very end. When we hit a roadblock, we didn’t back down—we worked relentlessly to find a new path, a new location, a way forward. We pushed every possible way to make it happen. The fact that we held the fort as long as we did is a testament to how much we wanted this, just as much as you did.

RESET IV came with its own challenges—a last-minute location change that wasn’t ideal, and we knew we had to make it up to you. We saw Karacus Marakus as our chance to redeem ourselves and give you the experience you truly deserved. That’s what made this one hurt even more.
But sometimes, despite everything, the challenges keep stacking up. We faced hurdles that made it impossible to move forward, no matter how many solutions we tried to put in place. After days of scrambling around, it wasn’t our decision, and it definitely wasn’t what we wanted—but we take full responsibility.

As curators and ticketing partners, we are here to ensure that things flow smoothly. Even though we couldn’t make it happen this time, we’re making sure you don’t lose out or lose faith in what we have toiled so hard to build over the years.

While refunds aren’t possible, your ticket still holds value.
