Makar Sankranti, it is!🌾

I spent a few hours in the kitchen, and here's what made to our plate today - Veg Pulao, Alu Dum, Malpua (for me) and Patishapta (for him).

By the way, I made Patishapta for the first time today, and they turned out very well (that's what he said ☺️). I'm not a Patishapta fan so I didn't taste / eat them, all of them are reserved for the man, while I look forward to downing more of those malpuas. 🤩

Our first trip outside India after marriage and COVID and everything else.

This picture was taken while on our way to the Mekong delta region. Oh what an amazing day it was! Loved every bit of it ❣️

We celebrated our 2nd anniversary at Soi and Sake, Taj Hotels Japanese and Chinese restaurant.

Great ambience, good food and lovely service provided by the team (special mention: Pradeep and Himanshu). They were kind enough to put our drinks on the house and also arrange a big complimentary cake to mark our anniversary celebration.
Also, thanks to Iku who was kind enough to pause her work and capture this moment for us. ♥️
