The industry mourns the tragic loss of Hosoklu Roshan Balakrishna, former Manager – Human Resources, Southern Region at Schindler India Pvt. Ltd., who served the company from 2013 to 2025. Based in Bengaluru, he played a key role in driving HR operations and business HR parameters across the Southern Region.

Roshan tragically lost his life in a lightning strike incident near Yelwal, Mysuru, while visiting family property. His sudden demise is a deeply saddening loss for his family, friends, colleagues, and the industry fraternity.
