We worked on mother wounds -
✅ Criticism from mom for not being the ideal daughter
✅ Restrictions resulting in frustration, anger and suppression
✅ Comparison with other kids while growing up
✅ Mom trying to make her the perfect good girl
✅ Codependency of mom resulting in weak boundaries
✅ Made to feel responsible for her brother when she was also quite young
✅ Lack of confidence and doubts due to the pessimistic thought patterns of mom and ancestors

The parent wound healing done helped her to feel compassionate towards her mom, towards herself, release her guilt and childhood wounds.

We have more work to do, but today's session was definitely a major breakthrough for her ❤️
