I was invited to for a three day creators retreat.

There - I met a horse named Raja, a cow named Kaveri, her friends, her family, and her tongue. I met the most delightful smiling volunteers, and a canvas of fellow creators who also decided to come with the lids of their minds left open - together we harvested permaculture papaya, ate scrumptious satvik food, and soon decided, ‘Let’s open our hearts up too.’ We even had a chance to meet Guruji and see him smile through our questions and see through our character.
Also? I practiced an incredible meditation technique called Sudarshan Kriya - and with each breath, some fog cleared within. And without, some stream of sunlight sucker punched me in the stomach to say, “see! all the warmth we need is within” 🪔

Here - back home, I feel light. Inspired and grateful.
Thank you to Amrutha for thinking of me, to .chirania for being our mentor, to for gifting us a conversation, and to all the volunteers for taking such good care of us.

I highly recommend the happiness course. Go do.

In some surreal sidequest bucket list dream-come-true Christmas miracle, I got to speak to my favorite ginger bred man and absolute comedy hero Conan O’Brien - plus chillchums Matt and Sona - on their podcast that I’ve listened to every single episode of for nearly half a decade now! 🧡

‘Fresh off their Met Gala 2023 debut, rap duo Moist Boys have finally decided to launch music in May. When asked what they thought about this years Met Gala theme, the Boys responded, “There’s a theme?” and “Aunty, is there elneer available?” in that order, before proceeding to wrestle a cameraman because he “looked at them funny”.
