Indian Journal of International Economic Law The IJIEL is a student-edited, peer-reviewed, completely open access law journal published annually by National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

The Indian Journal of International Economic Law (IJIEL) is an endeavour by the Student Bar Association (SBA), NLSIU to encourage scholarship in the fields of international trade law and international economic law, in recognition of the staggering impact of World Trade Organization (WTO) and cross-border trade and commerce in the world today. IJIEL's ultimate aim remains to make a contribution tow

ards improving both the analysis and the normative evaluation of global economic governance. It further looks to promote the idea that a developing world perspective cannot be understood in isolation, and for IJIEL to be both adequate and credible as a forum for harmonizing the goals of developing and developed nations, it will seek to incorporate views from the perspective of both the North and the South.
