As Bengaluru gears up for the IPL 2026 Final, the city police have announced a series of restrictions aimed at ensuring public safety and avoiding disruptions across the city. -Fans are being encouraged to enjoy the match responsibly, with public screenings in open spaces, malls, grounds, and temporary viewing areas not being permitted.
Authorities have also restricted outdoor LED
displays that could attract crowds in public areas. Post-match celebrations on roads won't be allowed either.
Activities such as bike rallies, stunts, overspeeding, unnecessary honking, road blockades, and bursting crackers have been prohibited to prevent traffic chaos and safety concerns.
With special security and traffic arrangements in place, police have urged citizens to cooperate and help keep the city safe during one of the biggest cricket nights of the year.
