ONE THING THAT CANT BE BOUGHT WITH MONEY IS A GOOD LOOKING BODY & MIND ‼️

Joined 2.5 months back and started my workout slowly like a tortoise… as time grew my motivation also grew with it… tons of thanks to who invested a lot of time in me & helped with different types of workout plan & believing in me, thanks for for keeping me entertained while in workout (Daaamaaar) 🤣🤣.
Special thanks to & for investing tons of time on how my workout was going & my performance and constantly monitoring my workouts while I was working out & guiding me out with my diet plan for the past 2months which was very crucial.
No rice, No sugar was the only mantra I followed… tons of thanks to my wife for preparing me wholesome delicious plant based diet food for all 3 times a day.
Over all thank you for giving such a support !!!

Workout plan that I followed -
🔺 Hit 2 muscles a day
🔺 1 Hr of cardio daily
🔺 2 hrs of weights daily
🔺 No rice No sugar (missed it on few days due to function😋)
🔺 proper intake of protein as per body weight and workout plan (very important)
🔺 Greens, macros fruits
🔺 multivitamin, fish oil

The Thakali are an ethnolinguistic Tibeto-Burman ethnic group from the Thak Khola region of Mustang District in the Gandaki Province of Nepal. Thak-sat-se is the traditional area of the Thakali community, which lies over Mustang District, the valley of the Kali Gandaki river in western Nepal.
Dishes I tried which were sooo good :
🔸chicken Thukpa
🔸Jhol Momo
🔸 Kanchemba
🔸Momo plater
🔸Thakali meals
🔸 Mustang aloo
Every dish I tried were so good and loved it a lot.
PS : Nepali cuisines by default is bland not does not burst out of flavours like South Indian flavours.
