Mahim West's proximity to Lower Parel, Worli & BKC makes a prime institutional-grade commercial play.

Suraj Estate Developers Limited , through its subsidiary Iconic Property Developers, has signed an MoU to acquire development rights for a 0.72-acre parcel in Mahim West contiguous to its ongoing Suraj One Business Bay for ₹75 Crore.

The combined project now targets a GDV of ₹2,000+ Crore, with the new addition alone unlocking 1.50 lakh sq ft and an estimated ₹800 Crore GDV.
