Today, we’re excited to share a look at our new Human Element hoodie, built to represent the grit, pride, and resilience of the mining community. This line was created for miners, families, and supporters who understand that mining is more than equipment and production — it’s a way of life.

This week, Mining Minds is in Duluth for the In Our Back Yard event—listening, learning, and engaging in the conversations that matter most:
• How mining shows up in local communities
• How we communicate the why behind what we do
• And how transparency, trust, and education shape the path forward

Mining doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in people’s backyards, alongside families, towns, and shared values. Events like this remind us that progress starts with dialogue—and that our industry is strongest when we bring the community into the conversation.

We close out 2025 with a special episode recorded live from the Glizzy Golf Tournament at the Elko Municipal Golf Course — a one-of-a-kind event that continues to bring the mining industry together in the most authentic way possible.

This episode is a fast-paced, round-table style snapshot of the people who make mining what it is. From engineers, geotechnical and environmental professionals, surveyors, metallurgists, and processing leaders, to first-generation miners and seasoned veterans — Glizzy Golf is where backgrounds, disciplines, and companies collide on common ground.

With over 60 participants and a growing mix of returning players and first-timers, this tournament has become a true reflection of the mining community — collaborative, competitive, welcoming, and built on shared respect.

As we wrap up the final episode of 2025, this one stands as a testament to why Mining Minds exists: to tell the stories of the people behind the industry and highlight the connections that keep it moving forward.
