BMTC bus was being driven in a highly rash and dangerous manner before it lost control and crashed directly into the delivery boy's vehicle. The impact was so severe that the victim, a young man originally from Andhra Pradesh who was working in the city as a delivery agent, was thrown off his vehicle and crushed underneath the heavy public transport bus. He died on the spot due to catastrophic injuries.
Following the crash, angry onlookers immediately stopped the bus and confronted the driver, who was reportedly highly intoxicated and unable to speak or stand straight.

The tragedy occurred when a speeding Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) bus rammed into a two-wheeler, instantly killing the rider on the spot. Allegations have emerged that the bus driver was heavily under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
