Welcome to Part 1 of Episode 3 in our Chikmagalur road trip series! In this video, we rise early for an unforgettable sunrise adventure to Mullayanagiri Peak, the highest point in Karnataka. 🌄 At 1,930 meters above sea level, this peak offers some of the most breathtaking views and an experience like no other!

The early morning drive to Mullayanagiri is nothing short of surreal. As we ascend through fog-covered hills, we find ourselves surrounded by clouds, making it feel like we're driving through the sky. The misty, cloud-filled landscape adds a magical touch to the entire journey, creating the perfect backdrop for an epic adventure.

Upon reaching the summit, we are greeted by thick clouds and strong winds that make walking a challenge, but the thrill of climbing in these conditions is what makes it truly unforgettable. The climb to the peak through the swirling mist and howling winds is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that every nature and adventure lover should have!

After soaking in the beauty of the peak, taking in the sweeping views (when the clouds part!), and capturing the moment, we head back down to our cozy resort to pack up and prepare for the return journey to Bangalore.

Welcome to Episode 2 of our exciting Bangalore to Chikmagalur road trip series with my pet cat and Tata Punch! 🚗🐾 In this episode, we dive deeper into the heart of Chikmagalur, starting the day at a stunning coffee estate where we stayed. Join us for a cozy breakfast amidst the lush coffee plantations before we embark on an unforgettable adventure to Hebbe Falls, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the region.

Our trip to Hebbe Falls kicks off with a visit to a quaint coffee café, where we indulge in some freshly brewed coffee and local snacks. From there, the excitement ramps up as we board a rugged forest ranger jeep for an adventurous off-road ride through dense forests and bumpy terrain. The journey alone is exhilarating, but it gets even better with a short and peaceful trek that leads us to the breathtaking Hebbe Falls. Surrounded by nature, the sound of the water and the serene atmosphere make it the perfect getaway.

We wrap up the day by stopping at a charming local café on our way back, where we enjoy a delicious dinner featuring food made from locally sourced ingredients and freshly brewed coffee from their own plantation. It’s the perfect end to a day filled with adventure, nature, and great food!

Property tour and breakfast at the coffee plantation stay: Take a look at the serene surroundings of our pet-friendly stay amidst lush coffee plantations. Enjoy a relaxed morning before heading out for the day’s adventures.
Off-road adventure to Hebbe Falls: Experience an exciting off-road drive through dense forests in a forest ranger jeep. The bumpy ride is an adventure in itself, perfect for thrill-seekers!
Trek to Hebbe Falls: After the jeep ride, we trek through a beautiful trail that leads to the stunning Hebbe Falls. The view of the waterfall surrounded by greenery is absolutely surreal.
Dinner at a local café: On our way back, we stop for a delicious meal at a cozy café that serves food made from local ingredients and freshly brewed coffee from their own plantation. It’s a true Chikmagalur experience!
