Heads Up For Tails worst possible customer service. They have misplaced my order. I had booked some treats for my JoJo at 1 and the time is now 6 and I have not received the order. I had complained to the store manager, the regional head, and even written a message to Rashi the owner of HUFT. They wanted me to make the payment immediately (5080 rupees) but it's already a 5 hour delay (HUFT Velachery Chennai) really pi**ed off with the response the person in the store was giving.
When asked for her managers number initially she refused saying they are on break and she is alone in the store but then after repeatedly asking she gave the managers number who also did not understand what the issue was. They finally found out that they had interchanged two orders and the porter guy has gone to a different address. They should return my payment and also apologise for this mental torture that I am going through right now.
