The first 12 weeks are when the baby’s organs, brain, spine & heart are forming. This is hence the most vulnerable period of pregnancy.
2️⃣ Nearly 80–85% of miscarriages happen in the first trimester, often due to chromosomal abnormalities that are beyond anyone’s control. 🧬🧬

3️⃣ Many pregnancy losses happen before ultrasound confirms viability.
