Mailardev Pally police foiled a conspiracy to murder a man after offer if Rs 9 lakhs of betel leaves

A man from Vattipalli and Imran Khan used to do business of buying and selling old vehicles, but they got separated due to a dispute over their business. A year ago, Shaik Amer, Mohd Sohail and some others attacked on Imran Khan's house with the intention of killing him. A case was registered at the MailardhavPally police station. The police arrested Shaik Amer, Mohd Sohail and others and sent them to jail. However, when Imran Khan suspecting that the attempt to kill him was made by a man from Vattipalli keeping the old quarrels in mind and he was trying to trick him again for the last few days, Imran Khan told a person named Ibrahim that he should tell him somehow. Ibrahim, along with Saif, Sriram, Shahbaz, Shayab and Bawajir, who he knew, went to the fields in Barkas on 21-09-2025. He called them to Graveyard and told them what had happened and said that if they conspired and killed that person, he would give us 9 lakh rupees as supari. First, he gave 60 thousand rupees to 5 members as an advance and four knives, a photo of that person to identify him, and said that he would give the rest of the money after the work was done. Then, from the money given by Imran Khan, he distributed 10 thousand rupees on the head of Thrahim to everyone. Then Sriram told them that he was working as a home guard in the police department in Falaknama. He told them that he would make sure that the police did not beat him up and that if a case arose, he would show them a way out of the case. Later, according to their plan, on 22.09.2025, they came to the Nine Hotel in Vattipally with the knives given by Imran Khan, knowing that would come to the Nice Hotel in Vattipally, and they planned to attack him with knives and kill him. They arrived at the Nine Hotel in Vattipally yesterday at around 07.30 pm on motorcycles and waited for the person. When the police caught them, they chased them and arrested two of them: 1) Mohammed Saif S/o Mohd Ghouse, Age: 21 yrs, Oce: AC Technician, Cast: Muslim, R/o: Near Nice Hotel, Vatepally, Sasthripuram, Mailardevpally vill, Rajendra Nagar 2) Nenavath Sriram S/o Devula, Age: 35 yrs, Occ: Home Guard No. 3076 Falaknuma PS, Cast: , R/o Ravindara Naik Colony, Falaknuma, Hyderabad (2) Mobile Phones, (2) Bikes (1) Activa B.No TS-08-JM-4947 (ii) Passion Pro bike B. No. AP12-K-0161, 4) Yaseen Khan colour photo, 5) Net Cash Rs. 10,000/- seized, through them, they caught the main mastermind of this Supari, Imran Khan, at his house and seized a Mobile Phones from him and when they saw in it, Yaseen Khan's photos were sent to Ibrahim's WhatsApp.

SHO Mailardevpally Narender & Crime Inspector Maqsood SI , T. Paidi Naidu SIP, & SIP Vishwanath Reddy, and PCs Venugopal Reddy, Vishnuvardhan Reddy, Vamsi Krishna, and Muktar arrested the accused as per the verdict and busted this conspiracy and sent them to remand.

Hyderabad, September 22, 2025:

Due to the heavy rains that fell suddenly on Monday evening,
Nala overflowed and Devarakonda Basti in Venkateswara Colony division was submerged. Water entered the houses of the basti residents.

Immediately after receiving the information, Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi inspected the flooded areas on foot from Banjara Hills Road No. 7 to Devarakonda Basti with a Hydra team.

He spoke to the victims and assured them that the government would support them in every way.

The Mayor advised the GHMC Hydra officials to undertake the work of clearing the drains to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

*After that, Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi along with Hydra Commissioner A V Ranganath inspected the major logging points at KBR Park*. The Mayor advised the officials to prepare plans for a permanent solution.

On 22.09.2025, the Nallakunta Police, East Zone Hyderabad nabbed three accused persons, who cheated by breaching the trust of complainant and others peoples and they are involved in three cases of various Police stations of Hyderabad City.

MODUS OPERANDI:
The accused A1 to A3 have good knowledge of making handmade gold ornaments. He use to collect the raw gold from the gold shop owners and after making gold ornaments the A1 used to handover the same to the jeweler shop owners. The same way, the accused collected about 614.840 grams of 22 Karat Gold Jewellery belonging to Shree Tulja Bhavani Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. for repair and about 1292.388 grams of 22 Karat Gold Bullion of Sri Durga Bhavani Bullions Pvt. Ltd. for manufacturing handmade jewellery and A1 also collected raw gold from other jewellery shops. After collecting the gold ornaments, the accused diverted the gold ornaments and sold to unknown persons. By using the sale consideration, the accused A1 paid salaries to his employees and also invested in stones business. Further the accused used the money for his his lavish life.
EFFORTS TO APPREHENTION OF ACCUSED PERSON:

In order to apprehension the accused persons I.O. Sri A. Ramulu, Addl.-Inspector of Police along with his crime team, visited the house of accused, identified the accused. On 22-09-2025 Sri A. Ramulu, Addl.-Inspector of Police and his team Sri M. Raju, HC 6030, Sri Shivam Vinod Kumar, PC 5583, Sri N. Sai Kiran, PC 31553 and Sri A. Sandeep, PC 31495, on receipt of credible information about the accused, they all went to house of accused and apprehended the accused A1 to A3 and recovered the cash, gold ornaments and stones worth of Rs.90 lacs from the possession of accused A1.
The case is being investigated by Sri. A. Ramulu, Addl.-Inspector of Police under the guidance of Sri. Maruthi Prasad SHO, Nallakunta PS, close supervision of Sri G. Jagan, ACP OU Sity, Sri J. Narsaiah, Addl. DCP East Zone and Sri B. Bala Swamy, IPS, DCP East Hyderabad.

Tension in Suryapet; Bihari workers attack police, several injured

Tensions flared in Telangana's Suryapet district when more than 200 workers from Bihar suddenly attacked the police. The incident took place near the Deccan Cement factory in Palakkavedu mandal,

where the protest intensified after the death of a worker. According to sources, a worker was seriously injured while working in the factory, who was shifted to a hospital in Marialguda for treatment, but he could not survive. Dozens of Bihari workers gathered outside the factory and started a protest, raising slogans against the administration over the death of the worker.

During the protest, when the police tried to disperse the protesters, the situation suddenly deteriorated. The enraged workers attacked the police personnel with sticks and stones. A sub-inspector; two constables and a day guard are reported to have been injured in this attack.

Two police vehicles were severely damaged during this. After the attack, the police immediately called in additional forces and brought the situation under control. The police have tightened security around the factory

, while senior officers are on the spot and assessing the situation. A full investigation into the incident has been launched and the process of identifying those involved in the attack is underway.
