This is what it looks like when a cruise ship dumps thousands of gallons of sewage and wastewater directly into the ocean. According to environmental reports, cruise lines release over a billion gallons of waste into the sea every year including human
waste, greywater, and toxic chemicals. It's legal in many areas once the ship is 3+ miles offshore, and yet the environmental impact is massive. Why is this still allowed?
