यह बंद दुकान दीनानाथ की है जो बंटवारे के समय भारत-पाकिस्तान के बीच बसे थे। वे बड़े अफसोस के साथ इस दुकान को छोड़कर भारत चले गए, लेकिन जाते-जाते खूब रोए और पूरे गाँव को रुला दिया।
फिर गाँव वालों को भरोसा दिलाया कि वह उनके पास वापस आएंगे। पाकिस्तान के बलूचिस्तान प्रांत के लोरा लाई ज़िले में स्थित यह दुकान आज भी उसी ताले से बंद है जो दुकानदार दीनानाथ जाते-जाते लगाकर चाबी पाकिस्तानी जमींदार को दे गए थे। यह दुकान 73 सालों से बंद है।
पाकिस्तानी जमींदार, जो अब इस दुनिया में नहीं हैं, ने एक कदम आगे बढ़कर एक वसीयत बनाई कि जब तक दुकानदार वापस नहीं आ जाता, तब तक दुकान का ताला नहीं तोड़ा जाएगा।
इस दुकान के मालिक की मृत्यु के बावजूद, उनके बच्चों ने भी इसका ताला नहीं तोड़ा।
पाकिस्तानी जमींदार ने वसीयत में लिखा कि मैंने उस दुकानदार को वचन दिया है कि तुम्हारे आने तक यह दुकान बंद रहेगी। जमींदार के बच्चों ने आज तक ताले को छुआ तक नहीं है। हालाँकि उन्हें पता है कि दुकानदार दीनानाथ अब इस दुनिया में नहीं रहे, लेकिन वफ़ादारी की यादगार के तौर पर यह दुकान दो लोगों के बीच एक यादगार मिसाल बन गई है।
