Subject: Legal Complaint Regarding Wrong Product, Refund Hold & Consumer Harassment – Order ID 142867164
Dear Sir/Madam,
I placed an order on your platform under Order ID 142867164. After receiving the product, I found serious issues / received an incorrect product, and therefore I initiated a return request as per your policy.
During the return process, there was clear negligence and suspicious handling by the delivery agent. The pickup was marked as “Completed” without properly collecting/verifying the actual returned product. Later, my refund was unfairly put on hold citing reasons such as “Quality Check Failed” or similar unjustified grounds.
I would like to clearly state that:
I returned the same product that was delivered to me.
Any mishandling during pickup or transit cannot be blamed on the customer.
Holding my refund without proper investigation is a violation of consumer rights.
Due to your company’s negligence and unfair conduct, I have suffered:
Mental harassment,
Financial loss,
Waste of valuable time,
Continuous stress and inconvenience.
This matter falls under “Deficiency in Service” and “Unfair Trade Practice” under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Therefore, I demand that:
My full refund be processed immediately.
A proper investigation be conducted regarding the return pickup and delivery agent.
Compensation be provided for mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
Corrective action be taken to prevent such incidents in future.
If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time, I will be compelled to escalate the matter before:
National Consumer Helpline,
Consumer Court through E-Daakhil,
and other appropriate legal authorities.

The email sent on 1st May 2026 is a fraud with the customer, in that you have sent a different product whereas where is my original Iconic green shirt, you have cheated me, you sent me a different product and now my refund process has been stopped, it has failed the quality check whereas I have not received my original shirt, now your team is repeatedly saying that we sent your final update on 1st May 2026, this is wrong, I have been cheated in that, please refund me।

I ordered a shirt of an iconic brand from the Tata Cliq shopping app but I received a shirt of a different brand so I returned it but the company has not refunded me till now and is refusing to refund, so no one should shop from Tata Cliq.
