गूगल मैप सिर्फ़ नक्शा नहीं दिखाता, बल्कि यह सैटेलाइट, गणित और डेटा का कमाल है। इसकी नींव GPS (Global Positioning System) पर टिकी होती है।

आपका मोबाइल एक ही समय में कई GPS सैटेलाइट से सिग्नल लेता है। हर सैटेलाइट सिग्नल भेजते समय अपना सटीक समय और स्थिति बताता है। मोबाइल इन सिग्नलों के पहुँचने में लगे समय का फर्क मापता है और इसी से यह गणना करता है कि आप पृथ्वी पर ठीक कहाँ मौजूद हैं। इस प्रक्रिया को ट्राइलेटरशन कहा जाता है।

केवल GPS ही नहीं, शहरों में गूगल मैप मोबाइल टावर, वाई-फाई नेटवर्क और सेंसर डेटा का भी उपयोग करता है ताकि लोकेशन और ज्यादा सटीक हो सके। इसके बाद गूगल के एल्गोरिदम ट्रैफिक डेटा, सड़क की जानकारी और रियल-टाइम अपडेट्स मिलाकर आपको सबसे तेज़ और सही रास्ता दिखाते हैं।

सरल शब्दों में, गूगल मैप आपके मोबाइल को सैटेलाइट से जोड़कर आपको रास्ता नहीं, बल्कि सटीक दिशा देता है।

🔆🔆धूप लेने के सही तरीका 🔆🔆

सही तरीके से ली गई धूप:

Vitamin-D बनाती है
हड्डियाँ मजबूत करती है
immunity बेहतर करती है
depression का risk घटाती है
insulin sensitivity सुधारती है
sleep cycle ठीक करती है

अतः धूप सिर्फ रोशनी नहीं, hormonal therapy की तरह काम करती है

✅ धूप कितनी और कब लेनी चाहिए:

भारत जैसे देश में ज़्यादातर लोगों के लिए
15–25 मिनट रोज़ाना, सुबह 7 से 10 बजे के बीच सबसे बेहतर समय रहता है।
(हालाँकि Vitamin-D बनाने के लिए त्वचा को UV-B जो सबसे ज़्यादा मिलती है 10 AM से 3 PM के बीच में लेकिन इसी समय Sunburn का risk भी सबसे ज़्यादा रहता है)

हफ्ते में कम से कम 5 दिन लें तो बेहतर है।

अगर आपके त्वचा का रंग थोड़ा गहरा है तो 25–30 मिनट धूप में रहें तो बेहतर है।

✅ धूप लेने का सही तरीका:

forearms खुले हों
सिर्फ चेहरे ही नहीं बल्कि arms या legs exposed हों
खुले आसमान के नीचे लें ।
हल्की walking के साथ लें तो बेहतर ।

जितनी ज्यादा skin expose रहेगी उतना बेहतर है।

‼️ध्यान दें की शीशे के पीछे बैठकर धूप ना लें क्यूँकि ग्लास UVB रोक देता है।‼️

🛑🛑 अगर आपको ये सब समस्या है तो विटामिन D की जाँच ज़रूर करायें:

बार-बार थकान
B ody pain
Frequent infections
Hair fall

दोपहर 11–4 बजे की तेज़ धूप
लंबे समय तक बिना protection
बार-बार sunburn

🛑🛑 सावधानियाँ

तेज़ धूप में sunscreen / cap का उपयोग करें तथा आँखों के लिए UV protection लें ।

अगर sunburn है तो धूप में ना जाएं

Jammu and Kashmir’s armless archer and Paralympics medallist Sheetal Devi edged out quadruple amputee Payal Nag of Odisha to win the gold in a much-anticipated clash of the Khelo India Para Games on Sunday.

In the battle between two teenagers, defending champion Sheetal came from behind to successfully bag her second gold medal of the Games at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

Pitted against the 17-year-old Payal, Sheetal, 18, triumphed 109-103 in their compound open final match.

Current Issue:
Payal lost all four limbs due to electrocution when she was a child, and she now shoots with prosthetic legs.

The sunny conditions in the national capital did not deter the competitive spirit of the archers, as 40-year-old Rakesh Kumar and 30-year-old Jyoti Baliyan also won gold medals in their respective events.

Jharkhand’s Vijay Sundi beat Haryana’s Vikas Bhakar 6-4 in the men’s recurve open gold medal match, while Haryana’s Pooja won the women’s recurve open gold after defeating Maharashtra’s Rajshri Rathod 6-4.

All eyes were on the women’s compound gold medal match between Sheetal and Payal.

Sheetal started with scores of 8 and 7, while Payal began with double 10s. However, Payal lost the upper hand in the third round, shooting a 7 for the first time, while Sheetal returned to her consistent best of 9s.
and 10s. The deciding fifth round saw Sheetal clinching the gold.

"Firstly, Payal played very well in the final, and with her continuous hard work, she will definitely get a medal for India soon. Personally, I am grateful for all the blessings bestowed by Mata Rani that I won my second gold medal at the Khelo India Para Games," Sheetal told SAI Media.

The soft-spoken Payal spoke about the technical aspects of the sport in her first Khelo India Para Games.

"Earlier, I used to shoot arrows with two devices in my prosthetic legs, but now I’m shooting with just one leg. It was difficult to adjust, but I still reached the final despite the discomfort, and there were also a lot of windy conditions today. But I am happy to have competed in the final and to have won the silver," she said.
