Congratulations to Dr Rubal Kanozia, Head of the Department of Mass Communication and Media Studies, and Raktima Gupta, PhD Scholar on attending the International Conference on Diversity in Sexual Health Communication at the University of Southern Denmark, Denmark.
They will be presenting their research paper titled *“Perceived Barriers to HPV Preventive Care Among Sexual and Gender Minorities in India: A Qualitative Exploration,”* which highlights critical gaps in healthcare communication and access for underserved communities.
This achievement reflects the Department of Mass Communication and Media Studies’ commitment to advancing meaningful, socially relevant research and contributing to important global conversations on equity, inclusion, and public health.
this study was formulated with valuable contributions of the research team—Ritu Arya, Naman Ghanghas, Ragendu R, and Robin Jindal—for their collaboration and support in this work.
The research was conducted under the aegis of the Interventions Effects and Design Lab (IDEL), which continues to drive impactful communication interventions for positive social change.
