Many are asking this question after the E. Jean Carroll case against President Trump.

Many people believe her while many people don’t and it’s all divided by party lines. Some believe Trump was targeted politically, while many on the Left believe the court got it right.

But what is your answer to this question: if anyone knowingly makes a false r**e accusation, should they face jail time?
