ಪ್ರಿಯಕರನ ದುಬಾರಿ ಬೈಕ್ ಕನಸನ್ನು ನನಸು ಮಾಡಲು ಕಾಲೇಜು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯೊಬ್ಬಳು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲೇ 72 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಆಭರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಕದ್ದು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಘಟನೆ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಬಂದಿತ್ತು ಯುವತಿ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಿಯಕರನಿಗೆ ದುಬಾರಿ 'ಕೆಟಿಎಂ' (KTM) ಬೈಕ್ ಕೊಡಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸುಮಾರು 72 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಆಭರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳ್ಳತನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆ. ಬಳಿಕ ಆ ಒಡವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರಿಬಂದ ಹಣದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಿಯಕರನಿಗೆ ಬೈಕ್ ಖರೀದಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿನ್ನಾಭರಣ ಕಾಣೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದ ಕುಟುಂಬಸ್ಥರು ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ತನಿಖೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಯುವತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಿದಾಗ ಆಕೆ ಕೃತ್ಯ ಎಸಗಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆ.
