Under the guidance of Honorable , as part of the campaign to contact Honorable Ministers and Members of Parliament, the Central Team of the met with *Mr. Adv. Akash Fundkar, Cabinet Labor Minister of the State of Maharashtra, on 13.08.2026, discussed the four-point demands of the EPS-95 pensioners in detail, and presented him with a memorandum and other important documents requesting him, as the Labor Minister of Maharashtra, to get the pending 4 demands of the pensioners approved without delay.
The Honorable Minister stated that -
In the interest of EPS-95 pensioners, we are already making efforts to resolve issues, as Maharashtra has the highest number of EPS-95 pensioners.
Hon'ble Labor Minister, the , in support of the pensioners' demands, immediately sent a recommendation letter to the Union Minister of Labor and Employment, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, for the early approval of their demands.
