"बड़ी साजिश": दिल्ली पुलिस का आरोप है कि खालिद ने कई अन्य छात्र कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ मिलकर नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम (सीएए) के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शनों का आयोजन और समन्वय किया, जो अंततः सुनियोजित सांप्रदायिक हिंसा में तब्दील हो गया और जिसमें 53 लोग मारे गए।
