I have encountered several issues, including My claim amount 47678, but my claimed settled amount is 15533.Despite multiple attempts to resolve these matters through your customer service helpline, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
I expect a higher standard of service from Digit Insurance and believe that my concerns merit immediate attention and resolution. I request a thorough investigation into the issues mentioned above and prompt action to rectify the situation.
