Protein-Rich Mango Fruit Custard 🥭💛
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (दूध)
2 tbsp makhana (मखाना)
8–10 cashews (काजू)
8–10 almonds (बादाम)
A few saffron strands (केसर)
1 ripe mango, chopped (आम)
Sweetener of choice, as per taste (शहद/गुड़ पाउडर/स्टेविया आदि)
1 serving SuperYou Unflavoured Fermented Yeast Protein
Mixed fruits of choice for topping
Method:
1. Soak makhana, cashews, almonds, and saffron in milk for 1 hour.
2. Add the soaked ingredients along with the milk to a blender.
3. Add chopped mango, sweetener, and 1 serving of SuperYou Unflavoured Fermented Yeast Protein.
4. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
5. Pour into serving bowls or glasses.
6. Top with your favorite fruits.
7. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
