Homemade whipping Cream

Recipe:

Ingredients:
-150gm unsalted butter
-150 ml whole milk

Instructions:-
1. Combine the butter and milk ina saucepan. Cook over low heat until the butter is fully melted. Remove from heat immediately.
2. Blend the mixture on high speed for 1 minute.
3. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. Tightly cover or wrap it to prevent any water droplets from forming on the mixture.
4. Refrigerate overnight or until completely cooled before using.
5. Shelf life in refrigerator for 5 days.

Mark your baking powder with the date when you open the the box and remember to discard when it exceeds 6 months for even baking

At very lower temperature it’s gone to be undercook and at 175C get perfect golden colour , so to get perfect temperature in your oven

you must use oven thermometer ( to get perfect oven temperature )
