India’s Next Revolution As is well known the democratic framework of our nation, devised in the lines of Independence Act 1935 is now in a dilapidated form.

The system is in a need of some substantial reforms. Country demands changes and this page is a joint endeavour,created to serve as a harbinger of change in the current democratic political setup.This battered structure has necessitated the need for reforms- fresh breeze has to waft a trail of changes.This is not just a page but a platform,a platform to foster changes of political bricks.Discussio

समानता का अधिकार (अनुछेद १४ -१८)

भारतीय संविधान में भारतीय नागरिको को कुछ मुलभुत अधिकार प्रदान किये गये है। यह मुलभुत अधिकार आम से ले कर खास सभी को प्रदान किये गये है । इन मुलभुत अधिकारों की रक्षा भारतीय उच्च न्यायालय करता है तथा ये अधिकार किसी व्यक्ति से छीने नही जा सकते है । इनमे से एक अधिकार है समानता का अधिकार …………

अब मैं आता हु अपनी बात पर की क्या सच में समानता सभी को मिलती है ?????? जरा सोचिए की क्या आप को कभी असमानता का सामना नही करना पड़ा ???? क्या आपको हमेशा समानता ही मिली है???? आपके घर में, स्कूल में, समाज में, ऑफिस में, सड़क पर, मॉल में, मंदिर में, मस्जिद में, गुरूद्वारे में,चर्च में, बाजार में या फिर ऐसी कोई भी सार्वजनिक या निजी संपत्ति पर जिसका आप उपयोग करते हो???

सबसे पहले हम बात करते है घर की। भारत में आज भी कई इलाके ऐसे है जहा लड़कियों को लड़को से कमतर आकते है। घर में अगर लड़की पैदा होती है तो जश्न नही मनाया जाता, मिठाई नही बाटी जाती, ढोल नगाड़े नही बजाये जाते क्यों ?? अगर घर में एक लड़का और एक लड़की है तो लड़की को ज्यादा तवज्जो नही दी जाती क्यों?? लड़का अच्छे स्कूल में पढ़ता है और लड़की एक आम स्कूल में क्यों??

अब हम बात करते है भारतीय समाज की। भारतीय समाज में तीन वर्ग है एक अमीर वर्ग, दूसरा मध्यम वर्ग और तीसरा गरीब वर्ग या निचला वर्ग। भारत में अमीर और भी ज्यादा अमीर होते जा रहा है और गरीब सड़को पर आता जा रहा है, गरीबो के पास खाने के लिए खाना और पीने के लिए पानी नही है और सरकार उद्योगपतियो के लिए टैक्स में छूट दे रही है, क्या यहाँ समानता हुई ??????

सड़क पर अगर कोई विशिष्ट व्यक्ति आता है तो आम लोगो को रुकना पड़ता है। धार्मिक स्थानो पर वीआईपी दर्शन के लिए अलग लाइन होती है। शायद भगवान, खुदा, गॉड ने भी वीआईपी और आम लोगो को अलग अलग बनाया है ????? किसी भी धर्म के संत को टैक्स नही लगता है। न्यायलय में किसी खास व्यक्ति के केस की सुनवाई कितनी भी समय के लिए तल सकती है, किंतु आम इंसान की नही। सरकारी काम बिना किसी रिश्वत के नही होते है। सरकार जो मुआवजा देती है उसका पचास प्रतिशत ही पहुचता है।

हम सोचते है जैसा चल रहा है चलने दो, हमारा काम तो निकल रहा है न बस। इसी काम निकलने के चक्कर में एक दिन हम ही निकल जाते है और हमारा अस्तित्व समाप्त हो जाता है।

अरे बबुआ हम तनिक पगला गया है, हम अब्बभहि विचार किये की हम सब ये जो ऊपर बोलो है ना उ सबही रांग है। ई भारत देस में जो हम बोला है ना येच्च ही समानता है। जी हमका तनिक माफ़ी दे दीजिएगा, कोरट में केस नाही करियो। उ का है न हम थोड़ा पगला गया है, हमार दिमाक्वा एक जगह नाही है।

अपनी पूरी जिंदगी शासकीय सेवा में होम करने वाले शासकीय सेवकों को पेंशन देना सरकारों को फिजूल लगा। सरकारी सेवक के बुढापे की सुरक्षा का सबसे सशक्त साधन पेंशन ही था जिसके भरोसे वह अपना अंतिम समय सम्मान के साथ व्यतीत कर सकता था। संतान की बेरुखी य किसी भी प्रकार की आर्थिक असुरक्षा का असर उसकी अंतिम साँसों पर नगण्य होता है। आप एक साथ कितना ही बड़ा आर्थिक भुगतान कर दें उसका कोई अर्थ नहीं होगा। उत्तराधिकारी उसे नष्ट कर देंगे। पेंशन पाने वाले को रिश्तेदार भी सम्भाल लेते हैं क्योंकि वह किसी पर आर्थिक बोझ नहीं होते। वर्ष 2004 से पेंशन समाप्त की गई है। बीस-पच्चीस वर्ष बाद इसके दुष्प्रभाव सामने आयेंगे। क्या इस तरफ किसी का ध्यान है?

अब दूसरी तरफ देखें-
एक चुनाव लड़ कर संसद और विधान सभाओं में पहुंचे जीवन के तमाम सुखों का उपभोग करने के पांच वर्ष य अधूरे कार्यकाल के लिए भी आर्थिक रूप से सम्पन्न पूंजीपतियों को आजीवन पेंशन का प्रावधान क्यों है समझ से परे है।

India's democracy is fighting for her life today from social , political and economic diseases. A nation emerging as BIGGEST YOUTH POWER is struggling hard against evils of numerous characters. To every enlightened citizen it saddens to see her country as helpless victim of the crimes committed against her integrity and sovereignity.
At such a catastrophic time it becomes a soulful duty of all the children of this beautiful nation to save her. And make it stand taller than what our founding fathers ever dreamt of.
*The freedom to speech and expression* is the medicine whose right dose and quality would treat her decaying political structure.
So let us all come up and together.
Use media. Use it for our country's betterment.
Let us stop complaining to each other.
Let us take out our note pads and list whatever we feel wrong around.
Let us use this platform. Put down your words here to tell the crumbling system that you are done with watching and waiting stuff. And make the *system* feel your thing inside.
And tell the world that Indians would no longer sit as helpless citizens waiting for rescue to be delivered. For we ourselves will deliver the rescue to our failing democracy.
No matter is to be deemed small or minor. For every step counts and counts truly.
Let us write here. Write forcefully.
Yes , let us be India 's next revolution.
Make yourself a revolutionary and let your spark be counted.

भारत ने अपने स्वतंत्र जीवन के 67 वर्ष पूर्ण कर लिए है | परन्तु आप स्वयं से पूछिये , क्या भारत वो उंचाईंया,वो मक़ाम हासिल कर पाया है जिसके लिए उसके वीर संतानो ने मृत्यु को निडरता से गले लगाया था ? अब वह समय आ गया है जिसमे भारत को एक ओर नयी क्रांति करने की आवयश्कता है | क्रांति बदलाव की,एक बेहतर भारत के लिए | बदलाव उन सभी व्यवस्थाओ का जो देश को बेहतर बनने में रुकावटे पैदा कर रही है | हम यंहा उन सभी विषयो पर चर्चा करेंगे जिनके बदलाव से भारत एक श्रेष्ठ राष्ट्र बनने की ओर अग्रसर होगा |
