This comparative study evaluates the effectiveness of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT), Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), and Ultrasound Therapy (UST) in managing rotator cuff tendinopathy. All three modalities improved pain and function, but ESWT demonstrated the most significant outcomes, with greater muscle recovery, pain reduction, and decreased serum cortisol levels. These findings highlight ESWT as a promising non-invasive treatment for enhanced shoulder rehabilitation.
