V. Kartikeyan Pandian (commonly known as VK Pandian) is an influential Indian administrator-turned-political figure, best known for his close association with Naveen Patnaik and his significant role in governance in the state of Odisha.

Born in Tamil Nadu in 1974, Pandian is a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 2000 batch, belonging to the Odisha cadre.
