His narrative is rich in awe-inspiring dramatic suspense. The stories in most cases seem to end at certain points but they, very naturally, branch out with new foliage and florescence to the utter surprise of the readers. In the treatment of the themes and the manipulation of the legends and myths Ray stands apart from the most of his contemporary story-tellers Ray’s finesse in portraying the vicissitudes of human life strikes a resonance in the readers. We believe the book will prove to be a good read.
