ଏହା ଲାଗୁ ହେଲେ, ପ୍ରପର୍ଟି ଡିଡ୍‌ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେସନ୍‌ ହୋଇପାରିବ ଏଣ୍ଡ୍-ଟୁ-ଏଣ୍ଡ୍ ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍।

ଅର୍ଥାତ୍—ପେପର୍ କମିବ, ଅନଲାଇନ୍‌ରେ ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟ ସବମିଟ୍ କରିହେବ, ଏବଂ ଇ-ସାଇନ୍‌, ଇ-ସିଲ୍‌ ଓ ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍ ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟ୍‌କୁ ମିଳିବ ଆଇନଗତ ସ୍ୱୀକୃତି।

ଏହା ଫଳରେ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେସନ୍‌, ଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡ୍ ରେକର୍ଡ ଓ ମ୍ୟୁଟେସନ୍‌ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆସିପାରେ ଏକ ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍ କନେକ୍ସନ୍।

ଆଧାର ଭେରିଫିକେସନ୍‌ ବ୍ୟବହାର ହୋଇପାରିବ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମତି ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।

ସରକାର ଡକ୍ୟୁମେଣ୍ଟକୁ ଆହୁରି ସରଳ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଡାର୍ଡ ଫର୍ମାଟ୍ ଏବଂ ଚାରି ପୃଷ୍ଠାର ସୀମା ଭଳି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

From Paper Deeds to Digital Property: Odisha Plans a Major Land-Registration Transformation

The development could make property transactions faster, more transparent and easier to track, while reducing repetitive paperwork and potentially improving the accuracy of land records. his could be a significant step toward “digital property ownership” in Odisha. Instead of citizens having to navigate multiple physical records and offices, the long-term vision is for registration → land records → mutation to become part of one connected digital workflow.

It also builds on other recent steps by the state, including efforts to modernise land-record procedures and introduce cashless transactions at registration offices.

Important: This is currently a proposed legal reform, not yet a fully operational statewide digital registration system. The amendments would need to be formally enacted and implemented.

In March 2026, the team flew Alchemy, their autonomous pharmaceutical factory, on a stratospheric balloon in partnership with TIFR’s Balloon Facility in Hyderabad. The system executed drug crystallization processes in near-space conditions, preserved the crystals through re-entry, and the payload was recovered intact.
