The town of Humnabad witnessed a grand celebration marking the 100th-year

centenary of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the Vijayadashami Utsav. The event drew thousands of disciplined swayamsevaks, who participated in a well-organized path sanchalan (route march), symbolizing unity, discipline, and devotion to the nation.!!!

As the march moved through the main streets of , citizens gathered along the roads to shower flowers on the swayamsevaks, chant “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”, and extend their blessings. The atmosphere was charged with patriotic fervor and pride.

environment. This has triggered climate change and increased calamities such as floods, droughts, and heavy rainfall.”The minister highlighted the recent calamity suffered by farmers in Bidar district due to unprecedented rains, calling it a stark example of nature’s imbalance. “Protecting nature is everyone’s responsibility. To build a Green Karnataka, collective action is essential,” he added.He further detailed his achievements as Forest Minister, noting that over 110 million plants have been planted statewide, with 7,000 acres of forest encroachments cleared.

Due to the heavy rains in the region, crops have been severely damaged, leaving farmers in deep distress. The BJP Kisan Morcha organized a massive protest today in Aurad (B) town against the state government for delaying compensation to the affected farmers.

Aurad has witnessed the highest level of crop damage in the entire Kalyana Karnataka region. Farmers, who depend solely on agriculture, have been left helpless as their hard-earned crops — including tur (pigeon pea), green gram, soybean, jowar (sorghum), cotton, and sugarcane — have been completely submerged in water. Many livestock have also perished. The protestors demanded that the Congress-led state government immediately provide relief to the farmers, following the example of the Maharashtra government.
