ಅವರ ವೇತನದ 10% ರಿಂದ 15% ರಷ್ಟು ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಕಡಿತ ಮಾಡಿ
ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಪೋಷಕರ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಜಮೆ ಮಾಡುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ತರಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. 💰👴👵

📢 Vijayapura’s Master Plan 2031🏙️

The Vijayapura Urban Development Authority (VUDA) has finalized the Master Plan 2031 (Revision-II) under the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act.

The plan defines clear zoning rules, land-use divisions, and buffer zones around heritage sites and water bodies — shaping how the city will grow in the coming years.

🔹 Two development zones – inside and outside the fort wall
🔹 9 land-use categories including residential, industrial, and monument areas
🔹 100-metre no-development zone around heritage structures
🔹 Guidelines for road width, plot size, and building height

🗂️ The document sets the framework for how Vijayapura will expand, build, and preserve its spaces up to the year 2031.
