🌱 Koti Vruksha Abhiyan Transforms Vijayapura 🌱

Once among India’s most drought-hit districts with only 0.17% forest cover, Vijayapura has turned greener and healthier through the Koti Vruksha Abhiyan. Since 2016, over 1.5 crore trees have been planted across 17,000 acres with an impressive 95–98% survival rate.

This community-driven effort has improved rainfall, revived water bodies, and brought back over 280 bird species, making Vijayapura a model for environmental recovery.

🚨 ಭೀಮಾ ನದಿ ಉಕ್ಕಿ ಹರಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಜಾರಿ

ನಿರಂತರ ಮಳೆಯಿಂದ ವಿಜಯಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಭೀಮಾ ನದಿ ತುಂಬಿ ಹರಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನದಿ ತೀರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಡಿದಾದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಮಟ್ಟ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ಜನರನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರಿಸಲು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

💰 ವಿಜಯಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಬೆಲೆ ಗಗನಕ್ಕೇರಿತು

ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 25 ರಂದು ವಿಜಯಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ 10 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಬೆಲೆ ₹1,17,947 ಗೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಬ್ಬದ ಖರೀದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಅಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯಿಂದ ಈ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಕಂಡಿದೆ.

ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಆಭರಣ ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಸೀಸನ್‌ನಲ್ಲೂ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ ಜನರು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಚಿನ್ನ ಖರೀದಿಸುವವರು ದೈನಂದಿನ ದರಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಜವಳಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
