Elev8 Digital Solutions is looking for a passionate & creative Social Media Expert to represent our brand by building a strong social media presence across all platforms. You will use your proven skills and expertise to amplify our marketing and communications through social media.

Key responsibilities

Own end to end operations of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & other social media channel
Develop creative and engaging social media strategies for the brand
Assist in regular social promotions and campaigns and track success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
Work alongside other team members to help distribute content that educates, entertains and engages our audience and supports our marketing goals.
Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, white papers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram - B2C, LinkedIn, Google Business, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Measure results by tracking metrics and insights on each platform. Experiment with new content and optimize.
Keep on top of the latest social marketing trends and implement best practices.
Brainstorm marketing campaign ideas.
Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies.
Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

Desired Skills

2 years of experience in B2B/B2C social media marketing for lead generation and branding.
An outstanding writer and speaker with a passion for storytelling and finding compelling story ideas from virtually anywhere.
An impressive, measurable track record of using PR and social media to proactively generate news coverage and discussions that speak to your target audience.
Curious and constantly seeking creativity.
Team player with the ability to handle pressure.
Proven ability to thrive in a self-driven, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, changing priorities, and minimal direction.

In this role, you will handle Social Media Platforms for clients of Elev8 Digital Solutions LLP. You will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end campaign management, implementation, and making sure that the monthly goal is reached.

Manage Clients’ Social Media Accounts end to end, setting up campaigns, optimizing campaigns, measuring performance, and deriving insights to inform future campaigns

Communicate with internal stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.

Understood the complete biddable media scenario for client’s business on Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram/Twitter.
Optimized implementation on social media platforms.

Technical skills

Analyze, track and optimize on an ongoing activity basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including account daily/monthly budget caps, CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.

Other desired skills

Relevant experience of 2-4 years of social media campaign ex*****on and handling
In-depth knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excel knowledge.
