This is Buddha's relics Stupa at Vaishali near the Buddha Samyak Darshan museum.

​Circumambulating the original earthen Relic Stupa of the Licchavis in Vaishali. Looking down at these simple, excavated foundations brings a profound stillness to the heart. It reminds us that the core of the Buddha’s path isn't found in elaborate decorations or outside noise, but in the quiet, humble spaces within our own awareness.

​Every mindful step around this ancient circle is a step toward letting go of worldly burdens, stress, and illusions. Truly grateful to share this silent merit and devotion with the Sangha and our travel family today.

🪷 A Sacred Milestone: Devotees Gather in the Presence of the Holy Buddha Relics! 🪷

What a deeply moving and historic moment! Today, our group of devotees had the immense blessing of visiting the magnificent Buddha Samyak Darshan Museum and Memorial Stupa in Vaishali, Bihar. 🏯

Looking at these images, you can feel the profound peace and devotion radiating from the holy site:📸

Outside the Grand Dome: Devotees gathering in unity before the colossal stone stupa—a 72-acre marvel built entirely of interlocking pink sandstone to stand for over a thousand years.📸

The Sacred Circumambulation (Pradakshina): Devotees dressed in pure white, walking mindfully along the sweeping stone pathways to honor the Supreme Teacher.📸

Before the Golden Relic Tower: The ultimate spiritual experience! Standing directly before the beautifully adorned, golden structure that houses the authentic Vaishali Relic Casket (Asthi Kalash) containing the sacred physical ashes and bone relics of Lord Buddha.

To stand on the very land where Lord Buddha preached his final sermon, and to look upon his holy physical remains, is a once-in-a-lifetime blessing that fills the heart with boundless joy and Dhamma. 🙏🌍

Gathering with pure hearts inside the sacred dome of the Buddha Relic Stupa in Vaishali—the holy sanctuary protecting the authentic, excavated corporeal relics of Lord Buddha.
Sitting in prayer alongside the venerable Sangha before these ancient relics is a powerful reminder of Sangha Vandana (reverence to the spiritual community) and the ultimate truth of the Dhamma. The physical elements of the Master face the wear of centuries, yet the path he showed us—one of mindfulness, compassion, and ultimate peace—remains fully alive when we practice it together. Each chant and quiet breath helps us let go of the heavy burdens and stress of the worldly life.
