Mom and Dad, ❤️ thank you so much for making my birthday meaningful by offering lunch to the children. 🙏❤️

Instead of celebrating only for myself, you turned this day into an opportunity to share, give, and create joy for others. I feel truly grateful and happy.

May this small act of kindness become a cause for happiness, peace, and goodness for all beings. 🙏

Don’t fight your thoughts. Don’t try to push them away.

Simply notice them, allow them to come, and let them pass.

Your mind is like the sky, and your thoughts are like clouds. ☁️

You are not your thoughts. You are the awareness that notices them.

Let them come. Let them go. 🌿

Today, as I look back at these moments around Gang Rinpoche — གངས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ།, my heart is filled with deep joy and gratitude. 🙏

Seeing people from different places walking, prostrating, and circumambulating with such devotion is deeply moving. Everyone carries their own prayers, hopes, and aspirations, yet we walk around the same sacred mountain with one heart of devotion.

I rejoice in the faith, devotion, and effort of every pilgrim. May their prayers and aspirations be fulfilled, and may all the virtue created here become a cause for greater compassion, wisdom, and awakening.

I am deeply grateful for this precious opportunity to make this pilgrimage, and especially grateful to Mom and Dad, and to everyone who helped make this journey possible.

May whatever merit comes from this journey be dedicated to the happiness and liberation of all sentient beings. 🙏

Every step around Kang Rinpoche is a step inward. 🙏

May we leave behind attachment, anger, and confusion, and walk with greater awareness, compassion, and wisdom.

May the merit of this journey benefit all beings. 🏔️🙏

Trust your journey. 🌿
You don’t have to become who others expect you to be.
Choose yourself. Become who you truly want to be. ✨

Your mind can be your greatest source of peace—or your greatest source of suffering. 🐒

Not every thought deserves your attention.
Not every battle deserves your energy.
Sometimes, peace begins with simply letting the thought pass. 🖤

Breathe. Let go. Come back to this moment.
Your peace is worth protecting. 🙏

Your greatest enemy is not outside of you—it is your own uncontrolled mind.

Train your mind, stay present, and peace will follow. 🧘‍♂️🙏

🙏 In Prayer and Compassion

Our hearts are with everyone who has lost their lives, their loved ones, their homes, and those who are suffering during this difficult time.

As Mingyur Rinpoche shared, our monasteries in Nepal and Bodhgaya, together with the Tergar global community, are praying for all those affected.

From our monastery in Nepal, we are also considering different ways we can offer practical support to those who are suffering. We are exploring how we can help in whatever way is most meaningful and beneficial.

We will share more information soon as we find a way to support those in need.

May those who have lost their lives rest in peace.
May those who are suffering find strength, safety, and support.
May our prayers and actions bring benefit to all beings. 🙏

May compassion guide us from prayer into action. 🤍
