Students Shine in Advanced 2026, Over 30 Crack Entrance Test
: More than 30 students from leading schools and coaching institutes in Bokaro have qualified in JEE Advanced 2026, reaffirming the city's reputation as one of Jharkhand’s prominent centres for engineering entrance preparation. The results, declared on Monday, triggered celebrations across educational institutions as students secured impressive ranks in one of the country’s most competitive examinations.
Delhi Public School (DPS), Bokaro, emerged as one of the top performers with 16 students qualifying for the prestigious examination. Aman Raj Aman topped the school with Category Rank 651, followed by Tanmay Kumar with Category Rank 970. In the Common Rank List (CRL), Anuj secured an All India Rank (AIR) of 3513. Other successful candidates included Suryansh, Kranti Krrish Mahato, Kumar Anmol, Dhruv Satyam, Riddhim Gupta, Syed Arham Ashraf and Ayush Raj.
Chinmaya Vidyalaya also delivered an impressive performance. A***n led the school with CRL Rank 1097 and General EWS Rank 128. Other achievers included Ishan Sinha (2584), K. Surya Narayan (9738), Priyanshu Raj (15338), Aditya Ranjan (15388), Narayan Roy (15755) and Rishu Raj (18372), among others.
IPEC Bokaro continued its strong track record in competitive examinations. Arpan Kumar secured AIR 1593, while Mahi Agrawal (3283), Rishi Raj (5052), Pratyush Prabhakar (8658) and Aditya Raj (14368) also achieved notable ranks. The institute reported that 12 of its students secured ranks within the top 20,000.
At Pentecostal Assembly School, Arpan Kumar secured CRL Rank 12156 and General EWS Rank 1593, while Purushottam Narayan obtained General Rank 13007 and OBC Rank 3209. MGM Higher Secondary School’s Ashish Das secured SC Category Rank 2162, while two students from Guru Gobind Singh Public School also cleared the examination.
School authorities credited the success to rigorous preparation, dedicated mentoring and strong parental support, highlighting Bokaro’s growing contribution to India’s IIT talent pool.
