Hyderabadi mutton biryani

The taste of Ghee and flavors of spices are excellent. The meat is cooked perfectly with the masalas in a traditional dum pukht method and good to embrace with the rice. The add-on's Raitha and Gravy too provided an additional taste, which complimented the briyani very well.

The biryani is covered with banana leaf and cooked in a Clay pot sealed with dough which retains the aroma and flavours.
Each biryani is prepared fresh against an order in an earthen claypot & It is being delivered with the same sealed clay pot which ensures it is fresh and aromatic at the moment you open it. Which in turn gives a delightful experience with the most authentic form of Dum cooked Biryani.
