"Should you play with fire, you must watch it burn." - anon.
Watch it consume parts of you too. The softness, the fear, the version that once knew how to stay untouched. Because once the flames are lit, there’s no standing at a distance anymore. Some fires warm you, some ruin you, and some become a part of you long after the night is over. Letting the sparks settle onto skin like they belonged there. Because sometimes the danger feels beautiful enough to keep holding onto, even while it’s turning everything to ash. And long after the fire dies out, the smell of smoke still lingers on clothes, in memories, in the parts that were never supposed to catch fire in the first place.
