Ojaswwee Sharma Honored at India’s Regional PR Awards (IRPRA) 2025 | Holds the Forte for Chandigarh and Surpasses the Hat-Trick with 4th Consecutive Regional PR Award
In a moment of quiet gratitude for the journey of service, Ojaswwee Sharma, the National Film Award-winning Filmmaker (68th National film Awards), whose latest film Rabb Di Awaaz has also been recognized by the United Nations in India, was honored with the Best Healthcare Communication Campaign award at the IRPRA 40 Under 40 India’s Regional PR Awards 2025, today, Saturday, January 17, 2026, in an inspiring virtual gathering hosted by Troopel Media, which brought together a prestigious community of communication and media professionals from across India.
This recognition marks the fourth time Ojaswwee has been included in this regional spectrum—following honours in 2021, 2022, and 2023—surpassing a milestone that reflects a consistent dedication to social advocacy and communications that come with a cause, and a purpose of impact.
Representing the Chandigarh Region, the honour was conferred based on case studies focused on building storytelling and campaigning for accessible transportation for the wheelchair-dependent with the Buddy Mobility Care initiative.
The case study of impact and implementation of the campaign, evaluated by a veteran jury of experts with over 20 years of experience, emerged as a standout among 146+ registrations across 18 states. Rather than a personal achievement, this fourth consecutive recognition is a humble testimony to the power of storytelling in spotlighting solutions of national needs that arise from the region and the shared commitment to bringing impactful narratives from the epic centre of North India, that is Chandigarh to the national forefront.
