ਡੇਰਾ ਬੱਸੀ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੀ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ — ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਬੱਸੀ ਵਿੱਚ 100 ਬੈੱਡਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ESI ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਨਾਲ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣਗੀਆਂ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ।

Major Fire at Mahendra Chaudhary Zoological Park, Mohali

A fire broke out this morning around 8:30 AM at the Mahendra Chaudhary Zoological Park, near the electric buggy charging station.
Firefighters quickly brought the blaze under control, stopping it from spreading further. All animals are safe, thanks to the swift response of zoo staff and the fire department.

भाजपा नेता संजीव खन्ना को छठ पूजा में स्मृति चिन्ह देकर किया गया सम्मानित

मुबारकपुर, ज़िरकपुर में आयोजित भव्य छठ पूजा समारोह में भाजपा नेता श्री संजीव खन्ना मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित हुए। कार्यक्रम स्थल पर पहुँचने पर आयोजक मंडल और स्थानीय निवासियों ने उनका गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया। इस दौरान उन्हें स्मृति चिन्ह (मेमेंटो) भेंट कर सम्मानित किया गया।

A shocking incident of child abuse has been reported from Zirakpur, triggering widespread concern regarding the protection and rights of minors in the region. Following the emergence of the case, the Punjab State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, under the leadership of Chairman Kanwardeep Singh, has taken strict notice of the matter. The Commission has directed the local police and administration to submit a comprehensive report and ensure that immediate action is taken in accordance with the law.

Chairman Kanwardeep Singh affirmed that the Commission is actively following up on the investigation and emphasized that those responsible will not be spared. Honouring the Brave – Remembering the Heroes Who Laid Down Their Lives in Service to the Nation

Mohali, October 21, 2025 – A solemn Police Commemoration Day Parade was organized at 7:30 AM at the SSP Office, District Administrative Complex, Sector 76, Mohali, to pay homage to the brave police personnel who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. Senior police officials, dignitaries, and family members of the martyrs attended the ceremony to honor their courage and dedication.

During the event, an ex-gratia relief of ₹1 crore was presented to the families of the martyrs as a token of gratitude for their selfless service and sacrifice. The ceremony highlighted the unwavering commitment of the Punjab Police toward maintaining peace, security, and public safety.

Floral tributes were offered, and the Roll of Honour was read out to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in protecting the nation and its citizens. ゚
