Job Title: QC Composition (Publication / Prepress Services)
Open Positions: 5-6
Location: Work from Home (New Delhi Location Only)
Job Description:
- 🔍 Strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring high-quality work that meets client expectations.
- 📚 Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of various materials, including HE books, school books, journals, and STM books.
-🤝 Collaborating with the typesetting team and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.
-💡 Providing feedback and recommendations to improve the quality of work.
-📏 Ensuring that all work adheres to industry standards and client requirements.
Requirements:
- 📅 Minimum of two years of experience in quality checking in the publishing industry.
- 🔍 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- 🤝 Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders.
- 🗣 Excellent communication skills and ability to provide feedback effectively.
- 📚 Knowledge of industry standards and client requirements.
Job Title: Typesetter (Publication / Prepress Services)
Open Positions: 5-6
Location: Work from Home (New Delhi Location Only)
Responsibilities:
- 📚 Typesetting a variety of materials, including HE books, school books, journals, and STM books.
- 🏆 Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and client expectations.
- ⏱ Working collaboratively with team members to meet tight deadlines.
- 🗣 Communicating effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
- 📅 Minimum of two years of experience in typesetting in the publishing industry.
- 🔤 Strong understanding of typography and typesetting software (InDesign, MathType, InMath, MathMonarch, etc.).
- 👀 Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- ⏱ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 🗣 Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Job Title: Copy Editor (Publication / Prepress Services)
Open Positions: 2
Location: Work from Home (New Delhi Location Only)
Requirements:
- 📅 Minimum of two years of experience in the publishing industry.
- 📚 Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and syntax, as well as experience with style guides such as AP and Chicago.
- ✍️ Responsible for reviewing and editing manuscripts.
