The Bihar election season is filled with high stakes, however, it has also raised the ugly specter of a serious estrangement between Lalu Prasad’s two sons, Tej Pratap and Tejashwi Yadav. Their political destinies began to split months ago, with Tejashwi being in the forefront of the Mahagathbandhan while Tej Pratap heads his own party-Janshakti Janata Dal (JJD). A recent awkward encounter at Patna airport was yet another testimony to the distance between the two brothers.

Once political allies, the brothers were reported to cross paths in public tense with unspoken tension that went viral on social media. Neither greeted the other; the somber silence proved a strong visual metaphor for the broken political inheritance of the Yadav family.

In the midst of unbridled campaigning, this public non-meeting brings to light that the battle for Bihar is not merely a battle of ideologies but a war of gargantuan personal stakes, a family feud poised to splinter its core votebase.

Ananya Panday and Farah Khan brought laughs and lively debate to the latest episode of ‘Two Much With Kajol and Twinkle’. What began as a fun, light-hearted chat quickly turned into a playful generational showdown, as ‘Student of the Year 2’ actress took a stand for Gen Z’s views on emotions and mental health.

During the episode, the group played a game where they had to agree or disagree with a statement. Twinkle’s tongue-in-cheek prompt, “Gen Z needs Google Maps to walk down their own street,” had ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ actress firmly in disagreement, while all three senior guests agreed instantly.

“Gen Z knows a lot more than what people give them credit for,” Ananya said. Farah quickly added, “What do they know? They know about sourdough and all that.”

The ‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’ actress continued, “They are very in touch with their emotions. They are the first generation that is talking about feelings. They are the first generation who are embracing mental health and freedom of expression.”
