An Indian Air Force (IAF) Tejas fighter jet crashed on Friday while performing an aerial display at the Dubai Airshow. The jet, part of India's indigenous fleet, went down, resulting in the fatal injury of the pilot, Wing Commander Namansh Syal. The IAF has confirmed the loss of life and ordered a Court of Inquiry to determine the exact cause of the accident.

बहुत से लोगों की जिंदगी यू ही निकल जाती है❗

ऐसा लगता है वो केवल धरती पर आए पैदा हुए और बस दूसरे के बनाए हुए सिस्टम में फंस गए और जीवन निकल गया।

ऐसा ही एक केस हुआ जागेश्वर प्रसाद अवस्थी का, जो छत्तीसगढ़ हाई कोर्ट में चला।
वह एक बिलिंग असिस्टेंट थे मध्य प्रदेश स्टेट ट्रांसपोर्ट कॉर्पोरेशन में।
उनके ऊपर 100 रुपए घुस लेने का केस लगा 1986 में ओर 2004 में उन्हें निचली अदालत ने एक साल की सजा सुना दी 100 रुपए की घूसखोरी के मामले में।
लेकिन केस छत्तीसगढ़ हाई कोर्ट में गया ओर जस्टिस विभु दत्त गुरु ने 39 साल बाद ,जी हा 39 साल बाद इनको निर्दोष पाया और केस से बरी किया।
अवस्थी पर केस लगा था कि उन्होंने एक कर्मचारी अशोक कुमार वर्मा का बकाया था उसको माफ करने के लिए 100 रुपए की घुस मांगी थी।

शिकायत के बाद अवस्थी के खिलाफ एक जाल बुना ओर फिनाल्फ्थलेन कोटेड मुद्रा नोट उनको दिए। हालांकि अवस्थी नोट के साथ पकड़े भी गए लेकिन हाई कोर्ट ने इसमें बहुत सारे गैप नजर आए।

कोई भी गवाह मौके पर मौजूद नहीं था जब उन्होंने पैसे मांगे अशोक से, जो सरकारी मौजीज लोग थे वो 20 से 25 यार्ड दूर खड़े थे और उन्होंने कोई भी आवाज नहीं सुनी पैसे मांगने की।

अवस्थी ने न्यायालय को बताया कि उसके पास कोई ऑथोरिटी नहीं थी किसी भी बिल को पास करने की वो पावर उनको घटना के एक महीने बाद मिली थी।
इसमें कोर्ट ने कहा कि केवल नोटो का मिलना दोष साबित नहीं करता की उसका इरादा था घूसखोरी का।

तो 4 दशक बाद अवस्थी को न्याय मिला।

ये केस राहत से ज्यादा सवाल छोड़ गया है❗

Unidentified naughty elements put warning posters in the name of Khalistanis outside the BJP office located at Old Dana Mandi. Fierce language was used in the posters in protest against the efforts of centralization of Punjab University. As soon as the incident was reported, police officers arrived on the scene with heavy police force and started investigation by removing the poster. Police started disrupting footage of surrounding CCTV cameras, so that the poster could find a clue.

Majority of Victims Hailing from Hyderabad; Center and State Govts Mobilise Aid
MADINAH / HYDERABAD, NOV 17 (MONDAY) – A devastating road accident near Madinah, Saudi Arabia, has claimed the lives of at least 45 Indian Umrah pilgrims after their bus collided head-on with a diesel tanker and burst into flames in the early hours of Monday.
The deceased were primarily a large group of pilgrims from Hyderabad, Telangana, who were travelling from the holy city of Mecca to Madinah after completing their Umrah rituals. Hyderabad Police Commissioner V. C. Sajjanar confirmed the grim toll, stating that 45 of the 46 passengers who boarded the ill-fated bus have died, with only one known survivor currently receiving medical treatment.
The collision occurred around 1:30 am IST near Mufrihat, approximately 25 kilometers short of Madinah. Sources indicate that many pilgrims, which reportedly included women and children, were asleep at the time of the catastrophic impact, which led to a massive fire and the total destruction of the bus.
