Anti-Drug-Abuse Awareness Short Film Balloons produced by St Joseph College of Communication Changanassery for the Social Justice Department Government of Kerala and Alappuzha District Administration will be released by Mr Saji Cherian, Minister for Fisheries, Culture and Youth Affairs Govt. of Kerala at Kesari Hall Thiruvananthapuram at 5 pm on 19 April 2023.
